We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant today. We ordered a pizza and had to wait 40–45 minutes for it to arrive at the table. We checked multiple times with the staff, but there was no clear communication or update about the delay. Then we ordered a strawberry milkshake, but were served a chocolate milkshake instead. When we pointed it out, the waitress insisted it was strawberry with “added chocolate,” claiming the chocolate just turned it brown. Honestly, this was insulting — we’ve dined at plenty of places and know what a strawberry milkshake looks and tastes like. What made the experience worse was her attitude. Instead of accepting the mistake, she confidently lied, then later admitted it was chocolate when we questioned the bill. The inconsistency and lack of professionalism was shocking. When we spoke with the manager, he was kind enough to listen and waived off the milkshake after we explained everything. However, the staff member showed no apology or accountability for her actions. It felt like we were paying not just for food, but also for unnecessary attitude. This place seriously needs to train their staff better — not just in service, but also in honesty and customer handling. We came in for a meal, not to be gaslit and disrespected. Would not recommend until they work on their service quality and staff behavior. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

That's my favourite go-to . Nice place , nice food. I always had a ClubHouse sandwich, which is awesome . Recommended . Thanks for a great service :)
