I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this restaurant. I visited with my partner, and although I understand the staff’s language, they openly mocked and insulted seated customers while we were eating. When serving food, they failed to provide everything we needed and acted rudely when we made polite requests. Despite being innocent customers, we were subjected to their comments evaluating and mocking how we ate, all in a way that we could clearly hear. It was the worst insult I have ever experienced in my life. I have no intention of returning and absolutely do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. On a slow fall day, I found myself craving noodle soup but tired of pho. The answer was their beef galbitang. Funnily enough, I hadn’t tried this dish before. I don’t eat spicy food, so I ordered it without the spice. So, I liked the galbitang and the veggies it came with. Probably wouldn’t be a regular thing for me, though I’d come back to have another bowl if the weather gets cold again.
