An OK place, I liked that they are open 24 hours and have have vegetarian options. We were out at 3 AM when most restaurants were closed so we chose this place. The staff was very helpful and kind. The food is ok. The ramen we ordered had a lot of soy sauce and salty. The cheese ramen was good. Meal type: Other Price per person: ₸5,000–10,000

Today, 10.23.23, Nanduk near the Moscow shopping center: We went in and tried to order two combos No. 1. To my request to replace the super mint mojito with mango-passion fruit lemonade from another combo, the cashier sharply and brazenly replied: “NO, YOU CAN’T.” I asked not to add mint to the mojito, the cashier said okay, we’ll do it. They bring us a mojito (guess what) with even more mint!! I explained to the waitress that we ordered without mint, she came back 30 seconds later, simply removing the mint, although the taste did not go away (that is, instead of completely remaking the drink, she simply threw out the mint that was in the drink, which I basically I can do it myself). Next, on to the food. There is very little broth in the soup, a super spicy and indistinct taste, compared to other nanduks they simply don’t know how to cook it. The wait for the chicken was 45 minutes, since they completely forgot about it, and remembered only after my reminder twice, at which they looked at me in surprise and for some reason offered me a third soup, although I didn’t order it; they also didn’t even bother to cut it into pieces (as in another nanduke) and were given a whole overcooked piece of fillet, again with an indistinct taste. Food 1/10, Service 1/10. I don't recommend it.
