Extremely bad service from the grumpy waiter! I have emailed that we want to use the gift for you ticket today. Upon entering we were warmly welcomed by the waitress and we were able to take a seat. She explained that we could choose a sandwich/salad and to finish we would get a pie de nata. Before we had ordered, another waiter came rushing over to us and told us we weren't getting lunch at all, but a cup of coffee + pie de nata. It was misexplained by the waitress but we were reproached. Because of the waiter's manner we didn't feel like having lunch here. We only took what we were entitled to from the voucher and decided to eat at a lunch tent further away. They don't have many tea flavors that are on the menu and they don't have coffee milk/creamer for coffee. The answer is that they are Portuguese and they don't put milk in their coffee. In addition to the coffee + pie de nata, we also received a piece of cake and we said that we had not ordered this. The waiter says that it is part of the voucher, but if we don't want it he can take the cake with us. Perhaps a communications course is not an unnecessary luxury? If you do not want people to come and eat with a voucher, then you should not participate in the promotion. So I will never come here again, even if it is free! Bad, bad, bad!!!
