Japanese cuisine provides flavorsome dishes at this restaurant. Visit NEGIYA to taste good pork and perfectly cooked ramen. The gracious staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Ramen soup is not so strong as you can image in Iekei-style. If you're expecting a kind of Iekei-style's strong soup in 'pork based', the taste is rather little. Next, the lowest price among all ramen menues is 550 yen for Ton-kotsu soysauce ramen. For the first time visitors, this one is the highly recommended for your first trial. Then Negi-ramen, sliced japanese scallion on the noodle, could be a good to try, because of its blended spicy taste with pork based soup. The combination of spicy vegetable and pork based soup is my best favor. But for people who don't get used to the flavor of scallion, please rethink again. Sometime scallion is too spicy for some people. But as long as I see, the menues of Syonan-negiya's ramen are totally rather acceptable for foreigners too, with a good reason for scoring four stars. Let's try them!
