This is a great little new hidden gem. The staff is friendly and the drinks are great. My go-to is a caramel latte, and this might be one of the best ones I've ever had. The food was also excellent.

The Dubai Mini Pancakes and Dubai Milkshake were absolutely delicious! The desserts were rich, flavorful, and definitely worth trying. The shop was clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, and the service was friendly and attentive. If you have a sweet tooth and enjoy unique desserts, I highly recommend stopping by. I hit up the newest coffee spot in the Hudson Valley this weekend. Neom Specialty is located between the bank & Noches De Columbia at 16 N Plank Rd. In suite 103. They’re just getting started and training on the recipes so I highly recommend going there during the week when it’s a little quieter. The owner is super nice and has great recommendations on food and drink. Pictured here are the hot lavender latte which was absolutely perfect, mini pancakes Dubai style with chocolate, pistachio cream, strawberries, powdered sugar, & pistachios, and the small pistachio milkshake. Everything I tried was absolutely amazing. The decor is beautiful and it’s a great place to sit and work or socialize. I hope you get to make it there to try it soon. They are so lovely and kind.
