An ok pizza. True margherita pizza used buffalo mozzarella and whole basil leaves, this was some processed mozzarella with a confetti of basil. The pizza was a bit on the dry side, red sauce was ok, and the cheese was edible. It was also a little rubbery but not too too bad. Saw it said artisan but this felt like a light upgrade to commercial pizzas. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Margherita Pizza

Edna, We appreciate your input and we are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your experience with our pizza on your latest visit. And yes, I believe you are correct in a true Italian Margherita to usually contain buffalo mozzarella but we also believe it's a widely accepted fact that in the United States, many people and restaurants use fresh mozzarella (which by the way we use and it's definitely not "processed" cheese as you have may thought). We started out dressing our pizzas with whole leaves in the beginning but then also received complaints that we only provided a few leaves so we turned to cutting the basil... double edged sword I guess. All in all, we are committed to providing the best but we can only do so much. However, do we appreciate the 3 stars and we hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity.

Great fresh pizza. Order ahead takes about 10 to 15 mins. Friendly and fast service. I recommend the sausage and friends and the Presto Cream. A little Pricey for me but you get what Definitely comeing back. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
