It was late and very few places were open. Was just hoping for a quick meal so I did not expect to have the best risotto I have ever eaten in my life! That and a pint of beer was simply heaven. The staff was chatty and the owner was excited that I enjoyed the meal :) Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
