Having seen Kyoto International Conference Center, it's time to have a rest at this cafe. It's time to degustate delicious coffee. The nice staff shows a high level of hospitality at NIWA café. Terrific service is something guests appreciate here. But many visitors who use Google didn't give this place a high rating.

Niwa #cafè is located inside the Conference Hall. The building itself is one of the must see architecture in Kyoto and Niwa Cafe has a beautiful garden view! If you have time l suggest you take a walk after you dine. The cafe has both indoor and outdoor seating. Since we visited in Kyoto summer, we preferred to eat indoors, thanks to air conditioning. It is a casual cafe, no need for reservation. However, since there are not many tables, you may need to wait if you like to eat inside on a hot summer. The staff is very kind and friendly. One of the ladies speaks English (since she has been to overseas) very well and she was very helpful. The costpa is quite good, l recommend it for a relaxing Sunday afternoon.
