Not the Neiman Marcus culinary experience I’m accustomed to back in Texas (the store’s home). While there the NM burgers are among the best around, the one I was served here today was embarrassingly bad. Overcooked, no seasoning, bone dry. It’s unfortunate to see such a lack of consistency from store to store. This brand, beloved in my family for generations, is sadly in a tailspin. Two stars only because our waitress couldn’t have been friendlier. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Consommé broth was tasty. Didn't really get to taste the bread because I was given a moldy one and at that point didn't want another. Egg salad sandwich was good with a nice crunch on the croissant. Guava drink was good. Portrayed as an upscale place to grab lunch but mold signals a poorly managed, unclean kitchen. Was given a discount of 25% off the check. Would never go back.

Wonderfully tucked away on the third floor. It’s the perfect brunch place to catch up with some girl friends. It’s quiet, comfortable and the food options are great. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
