Here you can drink good wine. Musicians play live music in the evening. Most guests find the staff nice. If you want to experience cool service, you should visit this bar. When inside, the atmosphere is peaceful. But google users rated NOCT and it didn't gain a high rating.

I guess that the culture is different in Korea. I come from Canada. They brought us the Our appetizers first. Two minutes after They brought us our meal… I told him that we were not finish eating but he still left the plates there. You can imagine that when we were ready to eat it. It was cold. Nobody came to ask if it was OK. Didn’t come to take away the plates that were dirty from the Appetizers. The water was not filled automatically we had to ask, and it was not with a smile from them . So it was a very basic service. The waiters are not smiling, not welcoming and it seems like we bother them when we ask them questions. I must say that view was beautiful on the river, and the jazz singer was really really good. About the food. It was good. We liked it. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ₩100,000+

Came to celebrate the birthday. They don’t have any cakes, personal is rude, service is very low. Especially the tall young korean man Hou or something like that. Service: 1

Extremely average and grossly overpriced western style restaurant that only gets the fame thanks to the on-the-river view. Unimaginative and limited food menu is partially saved by a more complete wine offering but sadly filled with unimpressive wines. No sommelier, either - you’ll need to trust the waiters with choice. The food is just sad for the price, bland and boring. Live music was very likely university students, but not from a music academy - encore was the highlight of the performance. Paid almost 200 dollars for the dubious pleasure of this experience. The second star is only for the drive service - the designated driver took us to the nearest tube station, much appreciated given location a 20mjn walk to major road. All the hype is due to persistent instagram campaigning - and if pictures is what you’re after you’ll find what you want at Noct. Don’t bother for anything else. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
