Brasserie NÒR is an upscale restaurant in the Clarion Hotel. The atmosphere is sleek and has a sophisticated vibe to it. The service was utilitarian-they did what they needed to do, but didn’t create any sort of meaningful experience. Overall, the food was good but nothing really stood out. The scallops with chicken skin didn’t quite pack the flavor punch I expected. The tenderloin was decent, perhaps slightly overcooked. I liked the side salad when I combined it with the spinach.
