I am a NOUR addict. I used to go to their previous location in Tumbak Bayuh 4 to 5 times a week. Since they moved, portions have significantly reduced, food is of less quality, recipes have changed to poor ones. If they don’t change back to their old way, this business is dying. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
