It's tucked away in a corner with limited seats. Had steak. Very good. Simple, tender, juicy. The chef is friendly too if you take time to chat with him. Highly recommended. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

NYU MEAT has a great concept, specializing in Hokkaido dairy beef with steaks and burgers in a nice Moyuk Sapporo location. The steak was cooked perfectly to medium-rare but was disappointingly tough and chewy. The burger was overcooked (dry and well-done), and I even found a small bone fragment in it. Really let down by the quality. Won’t be returning. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥3,000–4,000 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
