This was supposed to be a “beef fajita taco al carbone.” What I received was anything but fajita—just a sad tortilla filled with mystery meat that looked like the cook was too scared to even touch it, let alone add more. After a long, exhausting day at work, I finally got home excited for dinner, only to open this. When I called back hoping for a simple refund, they casually told me they had changed the recipe—it was actually pork meat, not even fajita. It sure would have been nice to know that when I was ordering over the phone. To make matters worse, manager Megan was completely unhelpful and dismissive. Not one apology was issued. I’m beyond disappointed. This experience has left me wondering where the pride in craftsmanship and customer service has gone. I won’t be recommending this place to any family or friends—ever. They had a chance to make it right and offered me a $20 gift card back to Nacho Padres. But what’s the point of a gift card to a restaurant I’d never step foot in again? At the end of the day it’s about the principle. Food: 1 Service: 1
