This restaurant is a great choice if you are in the mood for the Japanese cuisine. Trying good fish, tempura and miso soup is what a number of visitors recommend. The nice staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Guests say that the service is prompt here. Expect the cool atmosphere at Nagaya. But most clients who use Google didn't give this place a high rating.

I understand that they are busy during the holidays, but the customer service is too sloppy. The impression is completely different with and without adding Sorry. One person was treated sloppily and the other person was ignored! I felt so bad that I immediately left the restaurant and ate at Jonathan's in the back. Jonathan's customer service is amazing! I will never go to Nagaya.
