Japanese food is nice at this place. The unique characteristic of this restaurant is serving nicely cooked yakitori chicken and good meatballs. Many reviewers find that the staff is terrific here. Professional service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of Nagi. As most guests say, the atmosphere is pretty. But this place hasn't received a high rating from Google users.

Last week was Golden Week, so I made a reservation early, but when I went on the day I went, there were no reservations. The owner half-heartedly asked, ``Aren't you confusing us with another store?'' but there was only one ``Nagi'' in Shin-Matsudo, and I had told my wife and father the day and time, so there was no doubt that I had made a mistake. There is no. I later looked at other reviews, and there were also cases where other people's reservations were not reflected properly, so I was not convinced that it was my mistake. Well, it's a system glitch, a mistake here or there, it doesn't matter now, but the store owner's response and attitude was the worst. At first, he pretended to check, but after that he ignored the gun and went back to work. Last time I went there, I thought it was delicious, but due to the owner's behavior this time, I won't go there again.
