I wish I could rate them higher as this was a staple growing up. I returned with my family excited to dine here again, and the host was incredibly rude. The restaurant only had a few tables seated and even with a reservation they wouldn’t sit us. There were no chefs out on the floor, and seemed incredibly understaffed for a holiday. After waiting awhile and never having been updated/taken to seats, we ended up leaving. I hope they consider customer experience a bit more in the future as this was an establishment that was well loved in the past. Service: 1

We had reservations with another family for Xmas Eve. I know it’s difficult and busy. They kept telling us it was going to be 15 min. When it hit an hour after our reservation, we left as no one seems to care we were still waiting. Our friends stayed and were seated 70 min after our reservation and then no one came over for 15 min so they left and went to happy pig. We will never give them another opportunity as they should have communicated to us how long a the wait was and how over booked they were. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
