Nam Fah is the best Thai restaurant I know of in Oslo! The food is incredibly good, and the service is pleasant. I always bring guests here, the dishes are perfect for sharing. They focus on relatively few dishes, mostly variants of curry and wok. I have tasted ALL their curries and they are all good! The food is perfectly strong for me, who likes a lot of flavor and a little spicy, but not too strong. And we always take #7 (Kra Pao Moo Grob) as a side dish. It's the best Thai rib I've tasted and perfect nibble food! You can get cheaper Thai food in Oslo, but hardly better.
