The service suffers greatly! Management pay attention and take action! If you don't have time, don't take orders! Less is better, but better! On February 23, 2022, I ordered rolls by phone for pickup. They promised to cook it within 2 - 2.5 hours. The order was placed at 13.40. I called at 16.00 to inquire about the status of my order. In response: it’s not ready yet, it will take another 30-40 minutes to cook. So this is already more than the originally stated time! Why should I wait so long when I can order from another cafe with faster delivery? Why mislead people?
