I’ll give all 5 stars to encourage more business reside to the west. This restaurant is generally good for its value, we had a good experience in here. However the satay chicken is a-bit too dry, and egg plant is bit bitter. There are rooms to improve. I recommend the dry noodle with the pork soup. Ordered take away and waited for 45 mins. Not even that busy in the restaurant. Not acceptable. The door doesn’t stay shut and it was a windy day and it was freezing sitting there for 45 mins and wait for the food. The food is not bad but the take away portion is smaller than the dinning in portion. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–40 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Nan Yang Point Cook is a great spot for comforting South-East Asian food with solid flavours and good value. We ordered the dry noodles, prawn fried rice, and pork bone soup. The dry noodles were fragrant and well seasoned without being oily. The prawn fried rice was nicely cooked with fluffy grains of rice and fresh, generous prawns. The pork bone soup was clear, light, and comforting, with tender pork that wasn’t overcooked. Portions are generous and reasonably priced, making it a good option for families or casual dining. The restaurant is clean, service is friendly, and food comes out fairly quickly. If you’re in Point Cook and craving reliable South-East Asian flavours, Nan Yang is definitely worth a visit. We’ll be back to try more dishes. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
