We visited Nanaya last week and had a lovely experience. It is a small family-run cafe operated by a lovely couple, which gives the place a warm and welcoming feel. They have some of the best gelato we have tried, and the pudding was also really great — smooth, tasty, and beautifully made. The Yuzu mango and matcha gelato are a must-try! A special thanks to Eina, their daughter, who was working at the cashier. She was very friendly, polite, and made us feel welcome.

Not sure why this shop has high review. Lattee wasn’t properly frothed and taste like water ( no milk and matcha flavor) , staff weren’t greeting and smiling, the shop was hot and loud( with a small radio playing pop and loud Japanese animatic songs). Seats are next to each other and felt no privacy Would love to try their food and icecream next to explore the 5 star review
