The pickled sauce is light, You can freely put gochujang there. The amount of meat is not large, but it is fresh and delicious. This place reminds me of Korean BBQ restaurants in Seoul and Jeju!! If you ask for garlic, Give me some freshly ground garlic. Around here, there are many Gyomu supermarkets for garlic, so I'm happy that it's very fresh. The shop is also large. I plan to make this a regular stop in Echizen City from now on.
