Overpriced... Poor service, order often missing items. No dine-in most days due to staff shortages. This place is far from what it used to be 12mths ago

Unprofessional staff and rude, I ordered a chicken with extra basting on Friday dinner , a large spicy rice and a couple other things. The rice was missing, the chicken with extra basting missing. When I called, no one answered. I walked into the store the next morning and the manager asked me if I have a picture !! Seriously , I said no. He offered to pack a spicy rice for me and add some sauces the next morning. No apology not even a mere sorry. This is not the first time the order has been mucked up so review was necessary. I’m usually not a one to leave bad reviews but this left me on the edge and the managers conversations just pushed it over. Never going back in
