I took my daughter today for lunch, we haven't been to a Nandos for many years but had good memories of it previously. It wasn't too busy, a nice atmosphere, staff were pleasant. The table was a bit sticky and the seats had ketchup on them. There was food on the floor of the walkway which remained there. The knives, forks and plates were not very clean. When I went to the ladies toilet, one was full of tissue, and the other 2 toilets had no tissue dispensing. The sink was dirty and had tissue in it and there was a dirty nappy on the floor. Food wise was ok apart from the thigh chicken was quite pink/raw. We were disappointed it was so grubby on a quiet day. Probably wouldn't try it again. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £20–30 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Juicy chicken and just right seasoning. We missed out on the pastel de nata this time but otherwise excellent experience. Service was quick and really attentive. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
