Stopped here for breakfast on our way up to Byron Bay. We ordered a bacon and egg roll and a ham cheese tomato toastie. We were served by Indira, who is an absolute character, and so lovely. I'm not sure how she did it, but it was the best damn ham cheese tomato toastie I've ever had- so tasty!! We sat on the balcony to enjoy the sunshine and were treated to a lovely view of the river and the greenery of the caravan parklands, AND made friends with a few resident rainbow lorikeets and a magpie. I'm so glad we drove on past the maccas and gave Nan's Corner a go, as it was so much nicer an experience, the food better and also cheaper. Plenty of parking too, and space to accommodate us and our camper trailer.
