I'm a fan of Ankake Spa so much that I go to Gifu to eat at least five times a year. I can't believe it's been eaten in fukui for 9 years. Finally visited today. Since it's my first time, I'll start with the classic Mirakan and Milanese. 450g to 350g. At first I felt it was spicier than that, but after that I didn't mind. There was a lot of bean paste, so I was able to eat it without getting watery until the end. The noodles are pasta that doesn't have much elasticity, and the noodles are more chewy than Ankake Taro. I prefer this one. I think I'll be satisfied here even if I don't go far for the time being. It's a pity that I don't have it because I always ate teppan Napolitan. There is a teppanyaki menu, so I hope that teppanyaki Neapolitan will be added someday.
