Wow!! I went to Nar last night with a friend, I ordered the Adana Kebab over rice, my friend ordered the Chicken Kebab over rice, and we also got an order of the stuffed grape leaves. We split our mains and the grape leaves, so I got to try everything and it was all SO good! For sure if I lived in Madison I would come back to this place again and again, the menu is small and so choices are limited, but that means they get to focus on doing it right. The price was also very reasonable, the atmosphere is unpretentious and there's no wait staff, you have to pick up your own food from the counter, but that is all fine because it's definitely part of how they keep their costs down. The woman running the counter was so friendly and attentive and made us feel welcome, such a warm atmosphere. Don't waste time deciding where to go - just go eat at Nar, when I come back to Madison I'll do the same thing! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Nar Turkish Restaurant is a fantastic place to enjoy authentic Turkish food. The meals are absolutely delicious, full of rich flavors, and clearly made with care. From the savory dishes to the amazing desserts, everything we tried was fresh and satisfying. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the quality of the food makes it a great spot for both casual dining and special occasions. You can play domino.
