Report incorrect information
Walked in at the reserved time and was looked at like I had 4 heads the table was not ready. Spoke with the manager Alex, his comment to me was give a us a moment and we will see what we can do. when I asked why the table was not ready even when I confirmed that morning and added 2 more people that very same day his reply was sir If you are not satisfied you can leave. Had it not been that I had 11 people coming I would have.
The rest of the night turned out to go well thanks to a terrific waiter named Christian.
Alex never came over to the table once.
