Hi Alexandra, thanks so much for visiting and for the thoughtful review. I'm glad you enjoyed the coffee and cake overall. Just to reassure you on the cold brew: a slight surface sheen or a few tiny particles can be completely natural. Cold brew is made by steeping ground coffee for many hours, and coffee naturally contains oils and fine solids, so a small amount can remain even after filtration. It isn’t a sign that anything is wrong with the drink. That said, presentation matters to us, so we’ll keep an eye on filtration and batch clarity to make sure every glass looks as good as it tastes. Thanks also for the notes on the seating and parking. We know parking nearby can be a bit hit-or-miss, especially approaching a bank holiday weekend, so we’re grateful you stuck with it and came in.
