How wrong was I.
Not only was the chocolate croissant that I did order nothing but a dried out prefabricated eadible item, that was way to steep in price.
No I was also subject to more than sub-standard and childish behaviour by staff and boss alike.
It took one particular waitor, the first who was adressing me, at least ten minutes to even acknowledge my presence, with around 2 dozen of other guests present at that time, who were all being catered for.
This waitor then asked me, if I would like to have a look at the menu, which I confirmed.
Yet again he did not reappear anytime soon.
A female collegue of his came by and had a few menue lists with her, so I asked her, if she would leave one with me, which she did.
A few minutes later I did order one Cappucino and said Croissant with her, as her male colleague did not reapproach me at all.
After I finished I called to the first waitor I spotted, which happened tobe the male one, in order to pay, which I did. But due to the lack of hospitality and service towards me I left no tip, which caused this very waitor to foulmouth me.
Rather than adressing him there and then, I went to the boss being present and raised my concerns with him.
What happened next is still beyond belief. The boss was apologetic, but the waiter was not, even after been spoken to by his boss.
Whats more: Not only was I not offered any gesture of goodwill, instead I was subjected to threatening behavior by this very same waitor.
To describe such behaviour as inconsiderate, if not infantile, would be an understatement.
