First time having Nash & Smashed today and the food was delicious . Super fresh golden chicken tenders and waffle fries. Hands down a hidden gem located inside the Exxon gas station. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch

I selected my order to be placed at the SE location which I frequent alot because it’s the closest to where I live. Instead, my order was placed at this location. By the time I realized the error, I immediately called and within in minutes was told they could not cancel nor refund because my order was already made. I informed them I couldn’t get to that location because it was too far. This all happened within a 5 min span of my order being placed. I never received my refund nor was I able to pick up my order. So more than likely someone consumed a meal I paid for that I tried to cancel. I tried handling this matter with both corporate and this specific location and neither was of any assistance.
