Great service and the food is scrumptious. Authentic Malaysian food in an extensive menu. Great vegetarian options are also available. Recommend nasi Kerabu.

Ordered a char kway teow and was immensely disappointed. It tasted like the cook had just poured a whole lot of white pepper all over it, perhaps accidentally or they just don’t know how to cook. None of the staff are Malaysian. It gave me stomach pains and I regretted ever coming to this ‘restaurant’. PappaRich at the nearby Chadstone shopping center serves better char kway teow. I’m not sure why they are trying to portray themselves as a Malaysian restaurant when it just feels like an Indian restaurant. Even the restaurant name is a misnomer. What in the world is Nasi Kandar Laksa? It doesn’t make sense. Nasi Kandar is one thing and laksa is a totally different dish. Their inaccuracy just proves the scam that these people are. Just close it down. It’s a pain to see an empty restaurant by the road.
