Save your money and go somewhere else. You can drop 400 GEL on dinner at Prince Alexander, but the Tsinandali Estate staff will still treat you terribly. We walked out of the restaurant to get some fresh air in the 24-hour park and got completely blocked by security. No explanation, just a door slammed in our family's face. The fact that they arbitrarily turn away guests with kids after paying a massive dinner bill is beyond me. There is a total lack of basic decency here, and the estate's management should be deeply embarrassed.

I rarely write reviews, but this time I truly felt I had to. As a Georgian, I stopped by for a cup of coffee, but ended up staying for almost three hours because I simply couldn’t take my eyes off what was happening around me. What impressed me most was watching 16- and 17-year-old staff members working with such focus, discipline, and professionalism under the guidance of their manager. Of course, there were a few small mistakes, as can happen anywhere. But what really mattered was their attitude toward the guests. Their kindness, respect, teamwork, and genuine desire to provide excellent service made every small imperfection insignificant. Being a waiter is a profession, not just a job, and seeing such young people embrace it with pride and dedication filled me with admiration. One moment stood out in particular. A lady in a white shirt, wearing a beautiful necklace, carefully adjusted each young waiter’s apron and bow tie before they approached the guests. That simple gesture reflected true leadership, attention to detail, and genuine care for both the team and the guest experience. Delicious food, spotless cleanliness, wonderful young people, and an atmosphere built on professionalism and respect,it is a joy to witness this in Tsinandali. Prince Alexander, you truly shine.
