My husband and I have been here a few times now. This week was our most recent visit. I must say the hot dogs, fries, and hush puppies we ordered were hot, fresh, and delicious. A very nice employee was extra kind too. Thanks for having a nice quality Nathan’s. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had a very concerning experience at the Nathan’s in Lindenhurst, Long Island. When my order was called and I went to grab my bag, a sharp object punctured my index finger and caused it to bleed. The brown paper bag had been stapled shut with several staples, and one of them stuck directly into my finger. The employee acknowledged the injury and asked if I wanted a Band-Aid, but then returned and said none were available. No manager came out, no first aid was provided, and there was no apparent concern for customer safety. Stapling food bags is extremely unsafe, and the lack of basic first-aid supplies or proper response made the situation worse. This was an avoidable injury and a serious food-handling and safety issue. I hope management addresses this before someone is hurt more seriously. Service: 1
