We stayed at Natyral Razma Resort for the weekend. Razma is a beautiful mountain destination and the location of the resort is as expected. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The room was small, but that wasn't an issue for us. It was clean and in order. The main issue was the bed: two old single mattresses put together as a double, which wasn't particularly comfortable for a couple. It was also quite warm during our stay, despite the altitude, and there is no air conditioning. The TV was a minor issue for us personally, as there were no channels available, so I ended up connecting my phone to it. Regarding the food, this is naturally a matter of personal taste. We weren't expecting fine dining, but in a mountain destination like Razma, we expected more emphasis on traditional Albanian and local cuisine rather than an international menu with Italian-style dishes. This is what many visitors, including those from abroad, come to Razma to experience. Breakfast was a standard buffet and adequate, but considering the price per person, we simply expected more from the overall experience. Overall, a pleasant stay in a beautiful setting, but for us it didn't quite live up to the expectations created by the high ratings.

We spent the weekend here with my family for a nice break away from Tirana. Starting with the positives: 1. The hotel is pet friendly. We brought our dog with us with no extra charge, which we really appreciated. 2. The indoor pool is big and clean, perfect for spending some time when it’s cold outside. The sauna and showers were also very good, with hot water always available. 3. Breakfast was a small but good buffet with eggs, omelettes, pancakes, fruits, vegetables, different cheeses and cold cuts. Coffee, tea and milk were included, plus a nice selection of jams, honey and Nutella. Now, the less positive things: 1. We booked a family room with 4 beds, but the room felt quite small for four people and the furniture was a bit outdated. 2. The restaurant menu felt too European/international. I don’t think people go to Razëm to eat pasta or risotto. We expected more traditional and local food. The starters were quite good, around 7.5/10, but the 2 kg mixed pork we ordered was disappointing. It had only around 7 small pork chops, while most of the tray was filled with cheap, supermarket-quality sausages. 3. Restaurant prices were surprisingly high, even compared to Tirana. Lamb/goat was around €75/kg, while even expensive restaurants in Tirana charge around €35/kg. The pork tray was around €30 and a small raki €3.50–€4. For a mountain area like Razëm, where you expect local products, traditional food and more reasonable prices, the restaurant was definitely the biggest disappointment. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel, especially the pet-friendly policy, indoor pool and breakfast, but the rooms could use some updating and the restaurant needs improvement in both quality and pricing.

Faleminderit edhe per sugjerimet, pavaresisht qe per çdo vendim per menune, çmimet, politikat e hotelit apo çdo detaj, ne pavaresisht eksperiences prej mbi 25 vite ne sektorin e turizmit, marrim keshilla nga specialistet e fushes. Do te ndalem te restoranti, sepse edhe Ju komentin tuaj e keni perqendruar ne kete pjese. Çmimet, sigurisht qe krahasohen me Tiranen, ndoshta jo me restorantet me te shtrenjta ne Tirane, pavaresisht se normalisht duhet te jene me te larta se ne Tirane, per shume arsye. Mendojme qe kuzhina jone ka mjaft produkte shqiptare, shumica artizanale( nenproduktet e mishit, qumeshtit) dhe jo supermarketi, qoftë ne memgjes ose ne menune e restorantit. Por, ne punojme me kliente nga e gjithe bota, jo vetem shqiptare. Ne jemi resort dhe pushuesit akomodohen deri ne 10 nete edhe me shume dhe perveç pjatave shqiptare sigurisht qe duan dhe nje larmi pjatash mesdhetare per te gjitha shijet dhe grupmoshat.Jua perserisim qe çdo gje eshte e miremenduar dhe e mirekalkuluar. Sinqerisht faleminderit, sepse kritika te ben te shikosh edhe nje kendveshtrim tjeter.
