We thought we were going to Natys Grill but accidentally ended up at Natys Restaurant - is this on purpose to confuse people? We had a nice beachfront table and staff was friendly, but the kitchen was out of a lot of seafood options including the entire grill menu. They just had a couple of fish options and the regular shrimp. The shrimp was just 5 little shell-on shrimp slathered in a cream sauce (how do you eat that?!) with a few pieces of vegetable and the tiniest serving of mashed potatoes. The fried fish fillet was so overcooked it could have been a chicken breast. My “strawberry” daiquiri was neon pink - flavored with fake syrup. My husband’s Natys mojito was disgusting, and so were the other drinks at our table. My appetizer salad never came but definitely showed up on the bill (they did remove it when we asked). My meal came so much later than everyone else’s (maybe 10 min) that everyone had finished their meals already! No apology. So awkward. I don’t know what is going on at this restaurantavoid.
