Was reminiscing on my USA trip in early October 2025 then realised I didn’t leave a review of this lovely cafe!. Myself and three other kiwis were staying near nazca for a wedding and I went here every-morning for a coffee and a bite to eat. The staff were very welcoming to this kiwi and made me feel at home with being the only place that could make a 10/10 flat white. Next time I come back over from New Zealand I will pass through Boise again and this will be my first stop. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is my new favorite coffee shop. Come here at least once, usually every weekend. The coffee is ACTUAL coffee/lattes/etc. I love the small vibe and the musicians are always amazing on Sundays. Definitely recommend, hate that people are giving bad review due to wai time. This isn't starbucks/ half assed coffee. Nazca is amazing coffee, great foods/snacks, good vibe and love that its quiet like an ACTUAL coffee shop should be. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Nazca Coffee Shop is an absolute gem! Their coffee is rich and flavorful, the pastries are fresh and delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming.
