Что осталось неизменным со времен nebar, так это глубокий анабиоз персонала, обслуживание крайне вальяжное, организовано очень своеобразно, можно ждать хоть вечность, если не пытаться активно привлечь к себе внимание. Возможно, поможет знание казахского языка.
По сравнению с nebar канули в Лету кальян и алкоголь. Еда посредственная, опишем это так, не хорошо, но и не плохо.
Народу много ни разу не видел, хотя мимо хожу регулярно. Цены не шокируют, но доступными их не назвать.
Расположение приятное, но немного смущает вид с террасы на помойку.
Так то в целом "на троечку", вообще не понятно, как они кассу делают...
