The lab is an amazing place to come and chill and enjoy some kratom and kava! Come in and hang with all our amazing kava tenders! Aleah, Reagan, Anysleigh, Dylan, Chris just to name a few! See you there! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’m a manager that works in hospitality. I have specific dietary restrictions and the kavatender made me feel like a burden for asking about drink ingredients. My drink was 75% full when served. I wasn’t made aware as to why that is. I showed up 45 minutes before closing, but was planning on being mindful and leaving 10 minutes before 2. Didn’t get asked about a glass cup or to go, simply given a to go. Blonde guy with the buzz cut was the person on duty. He lacks a lot of customer service basics, and could learn how to set kind expectations with guests. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Went in to chill and got a drink. The drink was good but my biggest problem was the kava tender on staff. She was clearly upset and generally just unfriendly. I think her name was Sarah? I didn't stay as long as I would have just because I was a little uncomfortable. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
