We had the loveliest time at NEKI, and it was all thanks to Aoi From the moment we arrived, Aoi made us feel so welcome and genuinely cared for. She went above and beyond in the most thoughtful way, she even learned how to say thank you in Portuguese just so we’d feel at home Such a small gesture, but it meant so much to us. Her wine knowledge is amazing, and her warmth, kindness, and attention made the whole experience feel special and personal. We’re so happy we crossed paths with her. We’ll absolutely be back and will recommend this place to everyone, especially if you’re lucky enough to be looked after by Aoi. You’re a star, Aoi so happy we met you!
