in the Kinshicho neighborhood. The owner speaks English, and the ambiance is truly excellent. What's delightful is that you can cook the way you like; you're not necessarily bound by strict rules. Personally, I feel privileged since the owner is a friend, and the teppanyaki comes with crepes not listed on the regular menu – just a fun treat for my kids. It's very affordable too. I sincerely recommend dining at my friend's place, Papa Neko. Generally, you get to cook yourself, so don't ask the chef to do it for you. Try to understand how to do it, but the staff will be there to assist if the restaurant isn't too busy. Anyway, I wish you an excellent day!"
