Customer service was horrible. The girls are not friendly. I asked if i could get a larger cup, and she just gave me a look and put it on the counter. No words just a look of bother! The brea location the staff are much nicer i will be spending my money here and not returning to the la habra location. Just be nice, kind, customer service goes a long way! Go to some other Nékter juice bar. la habra location is nickel and dimming. An extra dollar for gluten-free granola but they won't credit you anything for doing without agave nectar Sorry Shannon while it's true that you make a great açai bowl it is not true that other nectar stores charge a dollar for gluten-free granola. Both nectar stores and Brea charge nothing extra for gluten free granola.

Hi Mario, We follow the same protocols as every Nekter for they are given to us by Corporate. We do not credit for agave and gluten free granola is $1, yet granola is all gluten free, yet because it's made in a facility with gluten we can't claim it to be gluten free.
