A hidden gem. A very Unassuming place, tucked away in front of a camping site. But great in quality and simplicity, this Portugese restaurant, with nice cheeky waitresses too. We knew this might be something special after cocktails- I think I had my best Caprinha ever here, delicious and full - not just crushed ice and two sips, but a lot - and nicely presented with mint, red berries and orange. Moscow Mule fantastic too, and in a copper mug, as it’s supposed to be. We just ate some small dishes, not really hungry, like Venus-shells with cilantro (yum) and choriso- sausage flambé inPortugese grappa. everything was tasty, made with care and excellent ingredients: the succulent tomato salad, the crisp fried chips. Some stockfish-croquettes too…. We got in the mood and went for three desserts - a caramelmousse baba de camel (omg), a heavenly, crunchy and mushy pastel de nata, espresso with vanilla-ice. Did I mention the white sangria-Portugese style? Just excellent. Can ‘t wait to be in the neighborhood again and try some of their main dishes. Truly a hidden gem. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €40–50
