If you have never tasted Korean cuisine, you should reserve a table at this restaurant. Taste perfectly cooked chilli chicken, fried chicken and spicy chicken. Nene Chicken Point Cook offers food delivery for the convenience of its customers. As a lot of reviewers affirm, the service is fine. But most guests who use Google didn't grant this place a high rating.

We regularly visit Nene Chicken and usually enjoy it, but last night’s Jumbo pack was very disappointing. Out of 14 pieces, 10 were wings, with very little variety in the selection. For a “jumbo pack,” we expected a more balanced mix of chicken cuts. The portion felt unbalanced and not worth the price compared to previous visits. Hope the store can improve portion consistency, as this was not up to standard. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We chose to dine in at the Point Cook location, but the experience was disappointing. The portion sizes were extremely small for the price—we paid nearly $40 for a boneless chicken meal, and the pieces were more like popcorn chicken. We only received 7 small pieces, not even 8. We also ordered a large combo, but the fries portion was quite minimal. On top of that, the staff didn’t inform us that the meal already came with coleslaw. When we asked, we ended up buying one for $7, only to realise later that we already had one included—so we ended up with two unnecessarily. To make things worse, we waited nearly 30 minutes for our order, which felt quite long considering how small and underwhelming the portions were. What’s frustrating is that during our last visit, we ordered a smaller serving with no upgrades, and the portion was actually bigger than what we received this time. Overall, the value for money, wait time, and communication from staff were all lacking. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Disappointing Experience from Nene Chicken Point Cook. Myself and my friends visited this place tonight (Thursday 23/11 around 8:45 PM ) and unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired. The front staff exhibited poor customer service skills, displaying a lack of attentiveness and professionalism. By the time when we arrived we noticed the staff was taking all the chairs and tables inside and stacking and we thought the shop is about to close. But when we checked with the staff she advised shop closes only at 10:30 PM. We thought may be there will be seating arrangements inside. But when we checked inside it was only ONE 4 - seating arrangement left, all the other tables and chairs were stacked as if they were going to close. And we were 8 of us so we checked if we can have a table outside the staff was rude and explained as you can see there are no tables outside. Staff did not even offer us another table to sit inside. I don’t understand why dine in is not provided to the customers before the advertised closing time. Also its not mentioned anywhere its only take away orders after certain time. This not only inconvenienced us but also reflected a disregard for the commitment to serving customers during the specified hour. To make the matters worse we went to order at the counter , there were no other customers and front staff was standing right in front of the system like to take order but front staff asked us to order through the QR code. Normally that’s not a problem, we thought okay all good we can scan and order. Within seconds another two people came to order at the counter and the front staff was taking their order. I don’t understand why I was directed to order by scanning if the staff can take the other customers order who came in less than 2 seconds. The waitstaff seemed disinterested, and requests for assistance were met with indifference. The overall atmosphere was marred by the evident lack of hospitality. While the food quality may have been acceptable, the overall experience was overshadowed by the disappointing customer service and premature dine in closure. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to ensure a more positive dining experience for future customers. Service: 1
