To our surprise, there was this small bar-restaurant in the Riga railway station clock tower. It is located on floors 8-10 and offers nice drinks with great views over part of the city. There is also for example sushi on the menu.

This place has one of the best views you can get in Riga as it's in a tower, but the interior is extremely outdated and badly maintained. It feels like a such a mismatch - ultra luxurious location with cheap interior. The menu was so old, it lost half its color. The waiter didn't seem to care if we were enjoying our visit or not, completely careless and emotionless. The good thing about coming here was that the drinks were cheap and the view from the window was great!
