Mediocre fare in a noisy environment. The strange part was the scene out front. Neoteca management apparently had no problem with a menacing-looking man loitering at the entrance for the entire evening. He was there when we arrived, wandered inside midway through dinner to get water from the bar, then went right back to hovering by the door. Hours later, when we left, he was still there. A mediocre restaurant with a bum planted at the front door all night. Barrington, what happened? Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60
