Lousy customer support! When ordering coffee at the beginning of May, the payment was done twice and I only received my coffee once. After 2,5 months and countless mails and telephones, I still have not received my money back, nor did I receive any proof of reimbursement. When contacting customer support the even cannot pass me the supervisor or any other person with more authority. Only message is ‘we are working on it’.

PFFFFFF, PLEASED: our Nespresso Krups broken (still under warranty). Sent back for repair and a week later, still nothing and what's more, now they are asking me for the purchase invoice to know the year of production of the machine (even though it appears on the machine with the serial number). We received a replacement machine which does not work at all... IN SHORT, no coffee for over a week, no positive results. A very bad experience... Ah yes, 2 days off waiting for the carrier to remove our defective machine replaced by another temporarily defective...#krups #nespresso
