Love Nespresso, HATE the employees at this store. Every single one of them is incredibly rude and make you feel like you are a burden. If you hate your job that much, just quit . Nespresso needs to address that situation. Won’t return will just buy online. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Super small store with a very cold atmosphere. Cannot touch anything, all items you see are display only. Never going back to the store I'll stick with the app. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

General observation of being a customer of Nespresso for many years - the employees here are glorified supplied chain workers who just pick coffee off the shelf for you. There was a time where these boutiques served a purpose and the employees were educated on Nespresso’s product. Now, the knowledge is bare bones on coffee. One of their employees went as far as saying to me “well that one is a 9, so the 10 must be bolder." Might as well just buy from the app. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
