Terrible experience – avoid this store at all costs! I strongly advise anyone reading this to stay away from the Nespresso boutique at Euroma II in Rome. My experience there was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The store displayed several promotional offers with both the old and discounted prices clearly shown, but nowhere did it mention that these offers were restricted to Italian citizens only. I spent nearly two hours in the boutique carefully considering my purchase, taking photos and discussing options with my wife. Once I finally made my choice and decided to buy two machines, the sales assistant suddenly informed me that the discounts do not apply to foreigners. When I asked why I hadn’t been told this earlier, especially given how long I had been there, the employee responded rudely and dismissively. We checked the promotional signage together, and even he had to admit that there was no indication whatsoever of this restriction in the store. He then claimed it was “mentioned on the Nespresso website” – as if that justified the misleading in-store information. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable for a brand like Nespresso. This was not only a waste of my time, but also a clear case of misleading advertising. Save yourself the frustration – do not shop at this boutique.
